Terms of Service

All prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout and exclude any duties that may apply to international deliveries. We may correct pricing or availability errors and will contact you before charging if an order is affected.

Refill Club orders recur at the cadence you choose (1, 2 or 3 months) at member pricing. You can skip, reschedule, pause or cancel at any time before the next order is processed. Cancelling stops future orders; it does not refund orders already shipped.

FLOA products are cosmetic oral care items intended for adult use as directed. They are not medical devices and are not a substitute for professional dental advice, diagnosis or treatment. Discontinue use and speak to a dentist if irritation occurs.

The FLOA name, logo, product photography and site copy belong to FLOA and may not be reproduced commercially without written permission.

To the extent permitted by law, our liability in connection with a product is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under applicable consumer law.
